Spectator guidelines

COLLEGE COACHES: For college coaches planning to attend, please advise tournament staff at your earliest convenience by e-mailing Patrick O’Brien at patrick.obrien@golftourismsolutions.com to make necessary arrangements.

MEDIA REQUESTS: For media representatives planning to attend, please advise tournament staff at your earliest convenience by e-mailing Jim Maggio at jim.maggio@golftourismsolutions.com to make necessary arrangements. The amount of pre-approved media outlets will be limited daily.

GENERAL SPECTATOR GUIDELINES: Spectators will be permitted Thursday, March 5th through Sunday, March 8th and there is no cost to attend.

• There will be no spectator shuttle available this year due to restrictions with parking. We highly encourage drop offs at the course for those wishing to spectate.
• Player Communication:
  • No communication with any of the players is allowed.
  • Asking for autographs is strictly prohibited.
  • Spectators may not give rulings. Seek a rules official if a need arises.
• Walking the course:
  • Spectators should stay on cart paths. In the absence of paths use your best judgment and stay off of rough, fairways, tees and greens.
  • Spectators may not go beyond any roped off areas at any time.
  • Carts are not available for rental.
  • Temporary restrooms are located at the ‘Crossroads’ intersection and near the 1st & 10th tee boxes.
  • Phone devices must be on silent at all times.
  • Be aware of errant shots. Your attendance is at your own risk.
• TPC Facilities:
  • No public restrooms are available inside.
  • Food & beverage placed on course and in Grill Room are for participants only.
  • The Grill Room & Bar is limited to players & parents only.
  • No concealed weapons allowed on the property.
  • Parking on property will be for players only.
