Tournament Schedule
EXEMPT APPLICATION PERIOD

The application process will open October 7th, 2019. All applications must be submitted by January 7th. As of January 7th, the top 87 current applicants meeting a category will be accepted. If there are more than 87 applicants meeting a category, applicants will be accepted on a by category, rank within category, basis.

ROLLING EXEMPT APPLICATION PERIOD

After January 8th, if spots are still available, all applicants meeting a category will be accepted and notified bi-weekly until the field is full.

AT LARGE APPLICATION PERIOD

Applicants not meeting an eligible category are welcome to apply as ‘at-large’ applicants. All at-large applicants must apply by January 8th to be considered. However, no at-large applicants will be accepted prior to January 8th. At which point, if spots remain, at-large applicants will be accepted on a merit based invitation.

It is recommended all at-large applicants apply for the local qualifier in addition to applying for the full field event. It is expected the final 3 (2 boys, 1 girl) spots will be filled via the local qualifier.
